Role Description
This role is perfect for someone already embedded in the U.S. soccer scene - coaches, club directors, Private Academy Directors, or a school teacher looking to earn a strong side income by leveraging their network.
Your Role
You’ll lead the sales journey from first contact to handover:
- Reach Out – Approach schools, clubs, academies, and groups interested in international football or sports tours (brochure provided).
- Present the Plan – Share draft itineraries and ballpark pricing (Don't worry we will work with you on this)
- Host a Presentation – Deliver an online or in-person pitch to travellers and parents (we’ll support you with tools and content).
- Handover – Once confirmed, pass the group to our ground staff who will manage every tour detail.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong existing network in youth soccer or sports
- Great communicator and relationship-builder
- Sales-minded, self-starter, and highly organized
- Comfortable with email, video calls, and presentations
- Passion for sport, soccer travel, and youth development
- Based in the Arizona
