Marketing Content Assistant Job Details

Are you a tech-savvy marketing leader who thrives in a fun, fast-paced office? Are you obsessed with sports and excited to help student-athletes play at the college level? Next College Student Athlete (NCSA) is looking for a talented Marketing Production Associate to join our team!



As Marketing Content Assistant, you will support the Project Manager, maintain the company website and oversee our third-party digital propertiesYelp, Google reviews, Better Business Bureau, Glassdoor, etc. This is a tremendous opportunity to sharpen your skills in our Marketing Department and work closely with our Web Development team.



NCSA is located in the heart of Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. Our floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies offer sweeping skyline views and plenty of natural light. Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor company website (www.ncsasports.org)
Deliver routine updates to staff bios and press & media page
Manage company reviewskeep up-to-date across platforms, solicit submissions, respond to both positive and negative reviews
Support marketing campaign launcheswork with Project Manager and Development team
Work closely with content team to enhance digital content
Learn and utilize review/reputation management tools



Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related field
1-2 years of digital marketing or digital project management experience
Strong writing skills with exceptional grammar and spelling
High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and a basic understanding of HTML is a plus
