Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ALL visitors
- Welcome each visitor and serve them as they begin the tour
- Deliver a high level of customer service to each guest, resolving issues and referring issues to a Supervisor as necessary to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Provide facts and historical information about the organizations, visible landmarks, pointing out features of interest and answering questions.
- Ability to perform and present information in a concise, legible manner to our guests . must be able to speak loudly and clearly and have a commanding presence
- Conduct in-depth, specialized talks and walking tours of the Facility.
- Maintain a professional image and pleasant demeanor at all times
- Be knowledgeable about all parts of the facility that are on the tour route and in the script.
- Work with fellow team members to keep tour route monitored in an effective manner
- Performs other duties as necessary or required by management.
- Non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays as necessary)

- Excellent customer service
- Experience with public speaking
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage appropriate steps to get projects completed; has strong abilities to organize people and processes; can create a plan for resourceful workflow
- Can manage people and resources to get projects completed; has a strong ability to multi-task and keep order.
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HIGH level of demonstrated professionalism and customer service.
- Excellent verbal skills . multi-lingual a plus.
- Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members as assigned.
- Able to communicate effectively; including the ability to receive and deliver detailed instruction.
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to walk or stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
