JOB SUMMARY: The CRM Analyst is responsible for planning and executing data-driven initiatives supporting multiple business functions including Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, Ticketing, and Stadium Management Company. This role is primarily responsible for CRM system administration and email marketing while supporting Business Intelligence with other research, analytics and database projects.
RESPONSIBILITY
CRM Administration:
Support, provide user training and monitor CRM System for all departments including customer service, premium ticketing and sponsorship.
Manage sales leads for premium ticketing department.
Help develop regular CRM reporting and distribute reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
Assist with CRM vendor relationship management.
Email Marketing/Data Acquisition:
Build and maintain all forms for contests and promotions.
Share form data/performance with appropriate department(s).
Build Eloqua email communications/campaigns . this includes segmentation/targeting of email list using data warehouse.
Evaluation of sales and marketing campaigns to improve effectiveness.
Support other departments (sponsorship, stadium, marketing, ticketing) in email communication/marketing automation needs.
Business Research and Analytics:
Assist in fulfillment of internal research and surveying needs . this includes sponsored surveys, post-event surveys and post-game surveys.
Assist in survey recaps and insights.
Help update regular reports and build ad-hoc analyses supporting ticketing, sponsorship and marketing
Data Management:
Must understand data segmentation, consumer profiles, and customer engagement scoring all with a goal of communicating more effectively with Broncos fans while driving new revenues via event ticket sales (including stadium events), sponsorship inventory and more strategic marketing.
Maintain fan scoring model and future loyalty program.
Manually upload data to Eloqua and data warehouse from variety of sources (WooCommerce, Formstack, Archtics, .csv files, etc.).
Assist with data hygiene - help maintain clean data.
Business Research and Analytics:

Help update regular reports and build ad-hoc analyses supporting ticketing, sponsorship and marketing
Other:
Research and keep a pulse on technology and how it relates to fan engagement and fan experience.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of CRM, marketing automation experience.
Experience with Eloqua (or similar marketing automation tool, i.e.: Marketo, SFMC,)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar tool, i.e.: Salesforce, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM)
Detail oriented with strong analytical and organization skills
Prior sports marketing, CRM or analytics experience is a plus
Experience with ticketing system a plus (i.e. Archtics, AXS, Tickets.com)
Experience with research/survey tools usage is a plus (i.e. Scarborough, OTX Research, TRU Crosstab, Mintel, SPSS, Turnkey Intelligence, Qualtrics, etc.).
SQL knowledge preferred
Experience with Tableau (or other data visualization tool) a plus
Understanding of data acquisition
Self-motivated and solutions oriented
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Ability to work all home Broncos games, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Independent, creative problem-solver
Highly organized, motivated and responsible with good time and project management abilities - comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
