Location: Multiple Bay Area Locations (East Bay, South Bay, Peninsula)

Salary: $18–$24/hour

Type: Part-time

Schedule: Weekdays & Weekends | 2–5 hours/week

Do you love tennis and working with kids? We're looking for enthusiastic Assistant Tennis Coaches to support our programs and help students to develop their skills and have fun while playing tennis.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with teaching tennis classes for after-school programs (8–10 students) and group clinics (up to 8 students)

• Teach using provided lesson plans and help create a positive and engaging environment for students aged 5–10

• Set up and transport tennis equipment

• Take attendance, sign students in/out, and communicate with parents and staff

• Capture session highlights with photos

• Attend unpaid training/shadowing sessions to learn our program structure

Bonus: We are especially seeking coaches who can teach more than one sport — including Dance, Basketball, Pickleball, Volleyball, Soccer, Yoga, PE Teacher/Olympic Hopes and Floor Hockey!

Requirements:

• 19+ years old with reliable Bay Area transportation

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Tennis experience (teaching or playing) preferred but not required

• Enjoy working with kids and able to manage a classroom professionally

• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to complete a background check
