Your Mission

• Be the right hand to our executive team, orchestrating schedules and meetings like a pro.
• Take the reins on email communications, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Juggle multiple projects while staying cool under pressure.
• Spot inefficiencies and craft solutions that power our growth.
• Build relationships with clients and vendors through top-tier communication.
• Craft reports, presentations, and documents that make an impact.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of executive support experience (bonus points for fitness or sports industry know-how!)
• A knack for organization and multitasking
• Tech-savvy skills with Microsoft Office (HubSpot and WordPress are a plus)
• Stellar communication and problem-solving abilities
• Positive energy and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
