I’m reaching out as I begin assembling the early operations leadership for a new multi-sport athletic facility in Massachusetts.

By background, I bring 35+ years of leadership experience across managing multiple businesses, advisory roles, and owning and operating sports academies. This project is being developed with a long-term owner-operator mindset, and I’m intentionally bringing in experienced sports operators early to help shape the programming, utilization strategy, and operating model before launch.

I’m currently exploring a Founding Sports Operations Advisor / Director-Designate role—part-time and trial-based initially, with a clear pathway to a long-term Sports Club Director position as the facility comes online. While this is not a salaried role at the outset, it offers meaningful upside through performance-based incentives (revenue participation / phantom equity) for the right builder.
