Job Summary

QBK Sports is seeking a part-time Adult Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator to oversee our adult program, all aspects of coach development and player progress. This is an on-site role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with adults (including beginners), a background in admin work, and a strong background in beach volleyball.

The Adult Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator will be tasked with taking our adult programs to the next level. This will include working with and developing a coaching team that will deliver an experience that keeps players engaged, progressing in the sport, having fun and coming back for more. You will also be responsible for all aspects of the service from marketing to interacting with athletes to training coaches.

What are you building?

Currently, QBK boasts adult classes, leagues, and open play times.  We’re open to building more clinics, classes, and any other events you can dream up. There will be ample opportunity to invent.


QBK’s Adult Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator will:

  • Plan, implement, and coordinate all of our adult beach volleyball programs and events

  • Manage coach and program schedules and logistics

  • Work with QBK Youth Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator to create and implement coach development and training plans

  • Communicate with coaches and players, and handle program-related inquiries

  • Analysis on programs

  • Have excellent customer service skills

  • Get and keep people engaged in programs (classes, leagues, etc.)

  • Work with QBK management on planning, implementing, and coordinating all of our adult beach volleyball programs and events

  • Keep events running smoothly and on time


Ideal qualifications (these are ideal, not requirements):

  • Plays and loves beach volleyball!

  • Experience working in an athletic program

  • Friendly and outgoing as well as enthusiastic personality

  • Organized with good time management and communication skills

  • Quick thinking, able to improvise

  • Administrative experience

  • ~25/hrs weekly

  • Schedule flexibility - be able to work weekends, holidays, and/or extended workdays *weekend and weeknight availability is a must, position will be on site primarily on weeknights & weekends
