Position: Sports Coordinator

Wage: $37.00 Hourly, for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Job Duties:
1. Plan, develop, and evaluate year-round indoor golf programs, including leagues, junior training initiatives, adult instruction programs, and seasonal tournaments, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the facility and the community's recreational needs;
2. Conduct needs assessments and data analysis to identify participant demographics, interests, and satisfaction levels, using the findings to inform future program development and improvement strategies;
3. Collaborate with management to establish performance goals, participant engagement strategies, and marketing initiatives to improve community participation and program visibility;
4. Oversee the planning and implementation of special events and tournaments, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, safety regulations, and financial constraints, while supervising logistical planning by support staff
5. Prepare detailed program reports, policy briefs, and operational evaluations, tracking the effectiveness, budget usage, and participant outcomes of each golf program.
6. Monitor and recommend updates to administrative systems, including registration platforms, program scheduling tools, and inventory management protocols to improve program efficiency and transparency.
7. Develop promotional strategies such as public relations campaigns, social media outreach, and partnership-based programming with schools and local organizations to increase visibility and participation.
8. Advise management on policy changes or new program opportunities, based on current recreation trends, stakeholder feedback, and industry benchmarks.
9. Ensure compliance with all club policies, occupational safety standards, and recreation ethics codes, providing training and guidance to instructors and program facilitators where necessary.

Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience
