Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Sports Program Manager with proven experience in European professional clubs, academies, or elite youth programs. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the standards of top-tier soccer development but is also passionate about shaping the future of youth sports in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online and offline training sessions for US-based trainers, drawing from best practices used in professional European academies.

• Organize online webinars (2 to 4 times a month) on advanced topics to support continuous coach development.

• Prepare, manage, and update methodology and lesson plans for our coaches, including leading group Zoom sessions to align on professional standards.

• Coordinate and expand our library of training materials and technical guides.

• Conduct final online interviews with potential coaches for our schools.

• Facilitate partnerships with top-tier soccer clubs, universities, schools, scouts, and renowned players to create elite opportunities for young athletes.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in a professional European soccer environment — as a coach, academy director, program manager, or similar role.

• Deep understanding of youth player development pathways in Europe.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor coaches.

• English fluency; additional European languages are a plus.
