Volleyball Director (Remote)

Job Summary

Do you have a deep knowledge of the game and a drive to make a lasting impact on young athletes in your community? We are expanding our proven youth volleyball training brand across the United States, and we’re looking for dedicated Volleyball Directors to lead new locations in their local cities. This part-time position can be done remotely with the exception of in-person volleyball training.

We are actively seeking Volleyball Directors in any major U.S. cities and growing suburban areas. If your city needs more high-quality youth volleyball programming, we want to hear from you!

Volleyball Elite Training specializes in:

• Private Lessons
• Camps & Clinics
• Recreational Leagues

As a Volleyball Director, you’ll operate a local volleyball training program under our trusted brand name while receiving full support and guidance every step of the way.

Responsibilities

As a Volleyball Director, you will:

• Help us secure reliable gym rental space in your local area for training sessions, camps, and leagues
• Recruit and manage your own coaching staff to deliver high-quality instruction
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your training programs
• Promote and grow your local presence in the community through events and outreach

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have:

• At least 5 years of volleyball coaching experience (club, school, or college-level)
• A passion for youth development and growing the sport of volleyball
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• The ability to build and lead a team
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Pass a background check
