Who We’re Looking For: 

You’re a natural people-person who knows how to make others feel welcome. You’ve got a knack for multitasking, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering top-tier service. If you’ve worked in customer service, administration, or sales — especially in a sports setting — you’ll feel right at home here.

Key Attributes for Success:

• 5+ years in customer service or admin roles

• Strong communication skills — written and verbal

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

• Organized, efficient, and great at juggling tasks

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• A love for sports and a drive to help others succeed

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly face that greets and supports clients

• Handle calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and care

• Guide clients through program options and registration

• Keep our systems and client info up to date

• Support the admin team and collaborate across departments

• Share your product knowledge to boost sales and satisfaction

• Help keep our space organized and welcoming

Start Date: August 15th, 2025

Pay: $18-$20/hour, based on experience

Hours per Week: 15-20
